Frequently Asked Questions
At what times are the check-ins and check outs?
Check-in starts at 4pm and ends at 8PM. Please let us know your time of arrival in the commentary box so that we know at what time we must send someone at the apartment to welcome you and to give you the keys of the flat. Check-out are before 11am.
Is there a parking space with the apartment?
For parking:
-stop for a minute and drop off your suitcases at: 15 avenue Jean Jaures Bourges (20m from the appartement)
-all the day-continuous parking:
*free of charge: 8 rue du bouillet (350m from the apartment)
*Free from 5pm to 9am: Hotel Dieu car park (entrance rue des Poulies at 250m), rue des Poullies, rue Guillaume de Varye
Are towels and bed sheets provided in the apartment?
Yes we provide towels and bes sheets.
Does the price include a cleaning service?
Yes the cleaning price is included in the night price.
Will I receive an invoice after the check-out?
Yes we can hand you an invoice during check-out if you request so.
Cancelation policy
Cancellation can be done free of charge 7 days before check-in.
Are animals allowed in the apartments ?
Our friends the animals will have to show white paws to live this experience with you, small animals are welcome, for the most imposing we will have to find an alternative so as not to frighten our beloved customers
Can I smoke in the apartments ?
The rooms are non-smoking (even for cyborgs and their electronic cigarettes), visiting our beautiful city will allow you to satisfy this desire while discovering our beautiful city.
